Our mortgage payment has fallen again, thanks to my keen eye and love of calling our mortgage company to chat.
Our winter tax statement came in the mail and was far less than what our mortgage company had estimated based on last year. So I gave them a call to see what could be done, and our payment has been lowered again to reflect the actual tax amount.
Let this be a lesson, always read your statements.
