Just smile

After a little anxiety last night over dinner choice (don't ask!) I realized I'm pessimistic too often.

So today I decided to just smile. Smile whenever I feel a little cloud over my head, smile when I'm asked to do something, smile when I'm happy.

Just smile. So far so good.
