The great outdoors

Yesterday afternoon we took Bird outside to "play" in the front yard.

T had some work to do out there, cleaning up chunks of concrete, and I was just ready to be outside to enjoy the weather. So we took out a blanket, a magazine and our little Bird and plopped right down in the middle of the yard.

I wasn't too sure how she'd like being out in the sun and on the ground but she enjoyed herself and after a bit of babbling and tummy time, she fell asleep in the sunshine.
